Its either a wart or some mutated spot. Either way its been there for about a week and wont seem to reduce in size. I know wartner is supposed to be good but your not supposed to use it on areas where the skin is quite thin. Can anyone suggest an alternative.

Best bet would be to visit your Doctor, he/she will tell you what it is straight away, and will provide you with treatment also. Simple.

Don't go trying to pick it or anything, as if it is malignant, you will do alot more harm than good, and end up with something alot worse, and more hard to 'put right'.

...you know it makes sense ;)

I had 2 on my left middle finger. The first one, I got rid of by having my doctor put nitrogen liquid on it. It went away after about 2 weeks. But that was just a common wart. The other one I had on the side of my finger was kind of rougher and had a cauliflower structure. I used the Dr. Scholl's Wart Remover Band-Aids. It was gone with in 2 weeks. Now, there is just a little red dot where the wart used to be, but that is because it is healing.

that Wartner stuff is useless. If it's a deeply embedded wart (which I doubt at this stage) that Wartner stuff really hurts. Otherwise it just doesn't get rid of them. Best to just go to your doctor. He'll freeze it (probably) and it'll just fall off in a few days

okay, now, the BEST way to get rid of this, so called pesky little wart is to either see a doctor, get it freezed or burned off [sounds painful but it isnt much of pain!!] or use the home kit you can get at most drugstoors [less expensive and more privite.] but if you need to get rid of it QUICK see a doctor!! hope this helps!!

I get rid of warts by increasing my Vitamin C intake. It takes a few weeks for it to work, but it does it easily and painlessly.

Go and see the doctor. It may be a cyst. Quite common but you need an expert's opinion. Especially on your face.

it wont be a wart if it's just apeared within the last week, it'll more than likely be a spot thats developed quite deep i the pores, you should get a deep cleanser and mke sure that you wash your hands regularly if you have quite greasy skin.

Warts take quite a while to grow so if it is quite large it sounds like a spot.

I would see your GP and see what he recommends.
