Here is what was recommended to me that I do on a weekly basis.

4 times a week/
start out 15 minutes each day of walking/ or walk your dog if you have one or bike ride or on a tredmile. So you could do

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. And once you get better you could start doing 30 minutes a day and add a day. and the most be just doing 6 days a week and 30 mintes each and no more.

But slowly start out at 15 minutes a day. This was recommend to me by my Dr. Which I have been keeping up for 3 month's and have lost weight since I have started, and Have also been on a diet also. Sorry it is lengthy but wanted to give you details since you asked.

stretch and early in the morning jog around your nieghborhood twice. also don't eat too much and don't eat to little.like for breakfast eat like 2 apples or drink a smoothie ( a homemade smoothie) like strawberry bananna.. and don't eat a big lunch also don't eat a big dinner.
