Well The guy I like has a girlfriend and I have a boyfriend. Does that has to do why he does not talk to me. How do I know if he likes me the onl;y thing I get from him is a smile and a whats going on. But I feel like the smiles sometimes are nice. It looks like when I go by his job him and his friend look at me or they let each other know when I go by. Does that mean he likes me or they probably think I am stupid? One time I when by and smile at him and then he smile at his friend. Wht does that mean? He was probably smiling for something else I don't know. Wht should I do? How should start a conversation? please answer me that questions I asked it will help a lot? Do he likes me or not?

Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?

You are going to have to take the time to get to know him better. If he is already in a relationship, he needs to behave or end the relationship. Talk to him. Watch what he does and how he treats his lady. How he deals with the change to a new relationship will tell you how he will treat you when another fine lady comes along.

I think you are reading to much into nothing. If he dont come out and say something to you, I wouldn't even worry about him. The man shoud always approach the lady. You dont want to set yourself up for a fall.
