If you are on a diet and have no energy, may I suggest you find a new diet. If you are on the correct diet, your body should respond by having lots of energy. If you have no energy, you are not giving your body enough of the stuff that gives you energy , like protein, fats, adn carbohydrates. Find another diet. I lost 95 lbs in 8 months and had more energy while losing and even now. I used a plan called Shapeworks, here is where I found it on the internet: www.loseweightnow.com/tfward

If you are dieting you are probably not getting enough of the B complex vitamins. Don't rely on only one, like B 12. They work synergystically, plus taking one leads to a deficiency of the others. You can find a good supplement at a natural food store. Read the label; if it doesn't include inositol and cholin (important components of the B complex), buy them separately. And exercise, strange as it seems, boosts your energy level too!

vintamin b12, 1000mcg tablets. B12 is not toxic in larger amounts, if you take more than you need, your body just dumps it. You can get it any any vitamin store for about $6 bucks or so for a 2 moth supply. You STILL need to small, well balanced meals. You should really see a nutritionist...

Take glucose powder. or sometimes called dextrose. Its like a white powder that dissolves in liquids and u cn't taste anything. It gives you pure energy, theres no fat or many calories in it. Pretty cheap and can get it anywhere.
