It's unhealthy to not excorcise anyhow. Excorcise is a must. I've been a cross country runner, a wrestler, track, basketball, and outdoors guy. With my new job, I know how it's like to be stuck, and getting an excorcise can be difficult. However, eat your greens, your vegetables. Cellulose will not only bind to fat, cholesterol, other things in your body and help dispose it, but it will also lube your joints--like oil to a car. You don't need to have a definite timed session to work out. Staying in shape means watching what you eat, and doing enough excorise. You can do a few push ups here and there, a few sit ups. Caridovascular activity though, may require time; make sure you work out your heart good, but gradually. You can go swimming and do a few laps for 15 mins, or even just a 15-20 min jog every other day would be good. Consistancy and balance is what matters. Stay away from soda, and very greasy food like pizza, fries, etc... If you want to eat a lot, grab a bunch of fruits to accompany your meal, and some drinks, no soda. Bread, wheat of the sorts are good and not fat, but they don't fill you up for long; they burn out fast. If you want to stay filled then go for the meat, but too much meat won't be good either. Balance is the key. You can eat vegetable with every dish, a salad. Go for like the italian or something lighter for the dressing. Looking beautiful, is staying in shape and having a defined body, not jsut because you're thin. Skinny girls aren't always beautiful. Do a little weights and stay toned, guys will love you--light weights + repeitition. Remember to stretch before and after evey excorcise! the best method is to use your instincts, common sense, and to work around your own busy life, develop your own shcedule and working out sessions. The most successful fit people are those who udnerstand their own body. You'll gain experience over time, trust me. Just listen to your body, and combine it with logic, and you'll become and expert. Good luck!

You can cut back on your calorie intake and lose, but exercise is even better...why not put the baby in the stroller and go for a 30 minute walk daily? Get up 30 mins or an hour early and workout before you have to start your regular day...workout when the baby is down for its nap...
There are ways you can squeeze in 30 mins a day or more, if you are creative...the more exercise you can manage, the more calories you'll burn...couple that with cutting back a bit on your eating, and you should lose those kgs in no time!

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)
