I had my gallbladder removed exactly 2 months ago and I'm healed fine (no complications) and today I'm having a throbbing pain in the middle back.

It's above my belly button on either sides of my spine on my middle/upper back....kinda feels like a pulled muscle (but I know it's not a muscle, but it's on the insde)...I recently got over a UTI 2 Sundays ago...it last for only 8 hours...would that have anything to do with it?

I can also feel it in my front section too right below my rib cage...it's similar to gallbladder stones....but it can't be that.

If you strained your muscles ice would be my advice. but since you had surgery not long ago i would suggest calling your doctor.

Sometimes you can have a complication from gallbladder surgery which can cause gallbladder like pain...may want to tell you doc who did the surgery...
...also, some people have "fathom" pain...when something is removed...meaning you still have gallbladder pain caused by your brain...but do not have a gallbladder...most people have heard of amputation patients who have pain in the leg which was amputation, for example.
..talk to your doc, and wait a bit to see if it goes away.

I had my gallbladder out and about 6 months later I was having the same types of attacks again...I thought it was a trick! But after further investigation it turned out that my bile duct muscle was spasming and causing trouble for me. If you go into the hospital and tell them you are concerned about this they may do a liver enzymes test...if they are elevated it may be your bile duct. I later had my bile duct muscle loosend through a procedure called ercp and I have been fairly good ever since.
Good luck

UTI can make you hurt all over and can have reoccured if you didnt have antibiotics. Or you could possibly have walking pneumonia. Pneumonia is usually felf in between the shoulder blades. Go see a doctor

If it is truely throbbing and pulsing in rhythm with your pulse, this can be an sign of an abdominal aortic aneurysm. Please seek medical attention as soon as you can.
If it is not truely "pulsing," please know that both kidney infection and problems related to the gallbladder (since you had the recent surgery) can both refer pain to the middle of the back (the kidney more so to the side, however).
Please go to a doctor so he/she can help to differentiate whether this is a medical or musculoskeltal condition.

It is possible you have a kidney infection. No UTI can be cured or had for only eight hours, and if you did not receive antibiotics, it could have moved upward.

Can you put one finger on the pain or is it too general? If you can, it's a structural issue and you should see a chiropractor. If not, if it's too vague and deep, you should see your MD.
