As short a time as possible. The chlorine released from city water that you breathe in is reputedly harmful. Floride is a whole other debate. Less is more! Good luck.

As little time as I can. Long showers are a waste of ater and energy as well. Wasting the energy releases more unnecessary CO2 into the atmosphere.
