You need to have a CD or DVD Burner on your PC. You also need burning software if you have a burner it may have come with some kind of burning program. If not you need something like Roxio or Nero there not free unless you use Torrent Sites such as torrentspy.com

If you want to watch your movie files on your computer just insert your empty cd then right click on the movie file or folder then paste on your cd rom drive then click the "write these files to CD" on left top.
If you want to watch it on computer AND video cd player just use the software witch could make vcd.
Nero,Prassi primo cd(free) ,nero, mpeg to vcd and so on.

It is possible. If you have a burner program there should be an option to make a data disc. You can do it that way and use it on your computer or you can get DVD-R's and burn them onto that which makes it a little easier.
Good Luck.

Yes, if you have windows, just drag the file in Windows Explorer to the CD Burner drive and it'll copy, you shouldn't need other software.

If you have XP you can just drag and drop it on your CD. Otherwise you have to use a program like Nero Burn. I think you can get a version free.

it really depends on what file format it is.
if the movie is in AVI, you can download a converter from the link below and covert the file into VCD
http://www.winavi.com/avi-to-vcd.htm
if the movie is in ISO, you can burn the CD/DVD as an image file
there are, of course other file format as well and some of them are done differently

If they are already on your hard drive, simply copy them to the CD. It's simple. If you want to edit them, get Windows Movie Maker which is already either on your hard drive or on the Windows Disk that came with your computer............

what type of files?
if they are 700MB or less, you can make a data file on CD+/-R
if it's over 700MB you can write it on DVD+/-R
just drag the file on to the cd drive in My Computer and press burn
if it doesn't work, you can buy Sonic RecordNow
it's 5- dollars and tottlay worth it
