definitely not in New York. i know the series of numbers who came from there. you have to isolate by state; via the first 3 digits. or write to social security and ask for ss taxes paid under that particular social security and they will send you current reports of that particular individual's contribution to ss to date. it's free and they always acknowledge such requests.
