As a dentist, I carefully approach any method for whitening teeth in patients under age 16. The pulps of your teeth(where the nerves are) are quite large at your age and can be irritated quite easily. If you choose to use strips, quit if you start to get any sensitivity. Good luck!

i've read that home whiteners are rough on the teeth, eating away the outer layers of enamel (which, in time, would lead to a mouth full of exposed nerves... yugh). also, i, personally, find obviously whitened teeth freakish. like, everyone on, "smallville", has MAD WHITE teeth. teeth aren't meant to be that white. brush, floss, see your dentist every six months.
