Confidence, confidence, confidence. Walk right up to her - talk to her for awhile ..then simply ask her if she'd like to go out sometime...if she says "yes", then just ask for her number..(you should have already asked her name by then)...lol..

Life is all about being free, simply walk up 2 her, start up a few conversation, then ask her 4 her name, num, n' so on. I think she will admire ur courage.
