First of all ignore the clueless idiots that have answered already. If the picture only looks greenish as apposed to bright green then there is at least 6 preset controls usually on the neck board of the CRT or they may be on the main board, they will be labelled Rg Bg Gg also Rbias Bbias and Gbias, best to only adjust the Gg first , try adjust it down , that is the obvious fix , or if that does not look right then turn the blue up. All this however is a bit hit and miss, the correct way is to collapse the vert scan ( service switch does this ) then the idea is to adjust all three lines to same relative brightness. If however you really want it done correctly get a TV tech to call and set up the grey scale. It all takes a bit of practise so if you are not confident leave it to a Tv tech .

You either have a picture tube going bad or one of the color circuits is going bad. Either way, it may be time for a new TV. You can try adjusting the hue, but that is the only consumer control available.

Powersupply has gone bad. Not bad for 16 years.

Tv's only allow you to compensate for blue or red... Sounds like your tv is just about toast, and there is nothing you can do to compensate for it..
