i cant ask her directly whether she is seeing a guy. Please tell some other alternative way!!!

just ask.... "excuse me, you caught my eye and I was wondering, are you seeing anyone?" if she says ''yes'', then you say, "he's one lucky guy"... if she says "no" then say, "would you like to have lunch"... etc. etc. etc...
