fresh fruit that's already cut up is great, as well as a whole banana, serve with yogurt and granola.
any type of cereal is usually healthy, especially if it's labeled whole grain.
dried fruit is tasty too...mix with granola and your favorite cereal and you have breakfast trail mix!
fruit smoothies are good, but a bit time consuming for a quick breakfast...
whole wheat bagels and light cream cheese are healthy too. hope that helps. :-)

I'm not really a "breakfast person." But one thing that I can actually keep down and don't feel tired after consuming is a smoothie.

I have a vita-mixer, so making it and cleaning up afterward is really simple.

I take frozen strawberries and banana sections, Nature's Sunshine's Ultimate Green Zone, NS's Colloidal Minerals, Thai-Go, and enough soy milk to get the right consistency.

It tastes good, it's healthy, it's quick. The only draw is that it's too cold for them in the winter.

In the winter I bake muffins or make old fashioned oatmeal. While I've never done it myself, my sister makes oatmeal overnight in the crock pot.

Coffee. Can't eat in the mornings. I have never been able to as far back as I can remember. I usually eat a "brunch" around 9 or 10 then have dinner at the usual time.

if looking for healthy breakfast foods, try fruit.

Here are a few breakfasts I eat:
1) A bowl of Raisin Bran (or other healthy cereals such as shredded wheat), with some fruit.
2) whole wheat toast, boiled eggs (you can boil them the night before), with a glass of juice or a piece of fruit.
3) Oatmeal with a glass of milk and a piece of fruit

I cook up hot cereal in a batch to last all week. I then heat in the microwave and add fruit and yogurt. It feels me up and you can add cinnamon or nutmeg or nuts or raisins. You can do muesli as well and just let it sit in yogurt for at least 15 minutes to soften.

Try this stuff. I have used many of them and I am now using kamut as I have to avoid oat.

Enjoy.

The new cheerios that have bananas in them are really good. A sourdough english muffin with I cant believe its not butter spray on it is really good. Oats with any kind of fruit & cinnamon is good. Toast with apple butter & a hard boiled egg is good.

Healthy cereal and fruit.

(That's not what I eat, but that's what you are asking for...when I first clicked on, I was going to answer with "Egg McMuffin"...but then I got to see the details, so that was out of the question...answer...whatever.) lol
