does anyone have ovarian cyst mine is 15cm?...should i constrict my activities?

I had a very large one removed years ago. It was the size of a basketball. Had the ovary and fallopian tube on my left side removed as well. The cyst was pre-cancerous, but everything turned out ok. Keep seeing your gyecologist regularly and follow his/her advice.

I think that you should go public so you can get a celebrity spokesperson, maybe even a made for TV movie.
