I did a search in Washington State for all corps that had the word GOLF in it and non, for profit or non profit had CUSTOM.

I think I found the website you're after:

It's hosted by the Oregon Golf Association as one of their membership websites. This new club website will enable members to sign up & pay for tournaments, find playing partners, post Bulletin Board messages, and track all your playing statistics after every round. It presents pairings & tee times, same day tournament results and an up-to-date Leaderboard.
