I have facetime x-cleaner installed on my computer. There was an update so I did it--but I guess it didn't work.So now when I run it it says a newer version has run on my pc and running different versions of it can cause errors-check for double installation==do I want to exit the old one--but it won't let me! How and where to I check for the installations--can't seem to find it anywhere--thx!

if your using XP
start>>control panel (classic view)>>add remove programs and remove it
or start>>all programs>>accessories>>system tools>>system restore. and roll your computer back to an earlier date when it worked OK

You probably will have to delete both of them and reinstall again.
