I stopped coloring it and condition it well, are there are any other ways to improve the growth of new hair and how to minimize the breakage

Go to Sally Beauty supply and get some Fermodyol. It comes in different formulas - one especially for breakage. I think 233 is the one you need for that, but you can just check the package. It's a leave in treatment so your hair gets constant conditioning from it but it's not greasy or heavy. If you don't have a Sally's near you maybe you could order it online.

use a wide tooth comb with condition in the shower. If the elasticity in your hair is week then it can break from even the most gently manipulations. Try a hot oil treatment and let your hair dry natural as much as possible. If the breakage is severe you may need to consider a short hair cut until the damage is grown out. So times damage is irreversable. Good Luck

Don't use hot oil. It sits on the hair and builds up until you can't even comb your hair because it's sooo tangled.

Use deep conditioners. If possible put the conditioner on and the gently put your hair up. A plastic shower cap would be good. Or wrap your hair in saran wrap and leave it alone for 20 minutes.

Use a really gentle shampoo, try not to brush/comb your hair, don't brush your hair when it's wet and have any split ends cut off.

Nothing will make it grow back faster and it will take a long time before it looks healthy again.

Bleach is very damaging. The best thing to do is get a professional shampoo and conditioner for your hair type and use treatments of some kind. Check with a professional to see what you need for your hair type. If you use heat styling tools (hair dryer, flattening iron, etc.) you should use products that help prevent thermal damage. Get regular hair cuts to get rid of split ends. Good luck.

I had the same problem the best thing to do is to cut you hair dont color it and dont blow dry or iron your hair after about 4 months you can start seeing the difference

and you absolutely want to be blonde wait untill your hair is healthy enough then just do highlights until its all coverd in with them then just retouch the roots this will asure that you do not have three colors and you wont have to constantly recolor the same hair causing it to break1

dont forget to cut atleast once every two months!

in case you desire red hair then you definately'll ought to bleach some cases. likely about 3 in case you employ toner, I recommend you employ Manic Panic. it truly is a semi-everlasting dye and it reeeeally makes your hair sense more effective efficient after bleaching. i have bleached my hair two times so i might want to get vivid pink hair & I used Manic Panic. My hair feels fantastic. They promote a toner which will turn your hair white after bleaching it about 3 cases that could be acceptable to get vivid red hair.

do not bleach it or color it for at least a month i would say...use a good deep conditioner once a week (sleep with it in your hair, rinse out in the morning) terax crema is really good....use a spray leave-in conditioner or reconstructer on wet hair whenever you wash it...try not washing it every day....good luck!

Use plain raw yoghurt. The proteins in it are good for re-firming your scalp and hair follicles.

well, i would say, never bleach your hair again and go to your beauty salon and ask them to treat your hair. Hope this helps.
