please help me configure this router

If you have a wireless router that only connects to the modem via ethernet & doesn't have a USB connection then you have the wrong one. Take it back to the store and exchange it. You're best off going for an all in one ADSL modem and router and dumping the USB modem all together. It's a little bit more expensive but much easier to set up and also much neater.

YOUR wireless router is NOT designed to work with your MODEM. SORRY but you needed to buy a Wireless Router/Modem.

You bought the wrong box. No adaptor is going to fix it.

yes you can get an adapter usb plug one end eathernet socket other end wire in between i hav one in my hand i got it from cable tv company you can have it i dont need it

yes you can, call the support peole, they are more than wiling to help set it up.
