I'm studying daycare teachers so I can learn how to be one.I want good adjectives to describe the perfect daycare teacher. Please give me good answers and no stupid ones.

honest, loving, understanding, caring, objective, assertive, flexible, professional, huggable, a good listener, a clear speaker, role modeling, productive, creative, encouraging, successful, attentive, entertaining, full of laughter, joyful, happy, energetic, enthusiactic, theatrical, playful, loyal....the list could go on. I was a childcare worker for 4 years and now I am a teacher. The most important quality is that they ultimately love and enjoy working with children!
