Hello. i am 15 and i am generally stiff. i am well worked out but i have a problem! my tommy is a little big! its not enormous or anything but i want a flat tummy fast! doi go on a diet? or do i just do sit ups?? i just cant take it anymore!

You're well worked out? Does this mean you work out? If you're already getting exercise then do some crunches and firm the muscles up underneath your little big tommy!
Watch these foods, so you can lose that tommy: cheeses, sodas, fried foods, fast foods, sweets. Limit these foods to only a couple of days a week, especially the sweets, sodas.

just do sit up every day .but it could just be that time of the month
