Well since you asked the SAME question twice, I hope you dont mind if I just cut and paste now
There is a pretty good site about HIV down below. Actually I believe those symptoms are of a type of anemia or cancer such as leukemia.
AIDS paitents usually have really low CD4 cell blood levels, i belive its less than 200 per...something. Check the stie below.

Most people who have HIV dont know they have it until they are tested. when HIV becomes AIDS then you will see symptoms such as weight loss, being sick with pneumonia a lot, being very tired cause it brings your immune system down so low. people with HIV can look and feel very healthy depending on if their blood cell counts are high or low. Once the counts go down to a certain number they are now classified as haveing AIDS.

Get them tested asap. If he is too embarassed to go to a doctor go to this website to get a home test.
