if i cut it, it will feel sharp. what sissors should i use to not make the hair that on eyebrows that stick out smooth hair in the tip

Try a pair of small nail scissors that are slightly angled at the tip. Brush your brows upward with a brow/eyelash brush and snip away and the longer hairs leaving a straight edge across the brow. Then do the same on the bottom, this time brushing downward. Don't get too carried away, though. Only cut the hairs that are long and stick out from the rest! Be sure to tweeze stray hairs; don't cut them!

Get your eyebrows threaded. go to a Indian hair shop and they do it. It doesn't pull your skin off like waxing.

don't cut it yourself. if you do, you could seriously mess up the arching.
