No. You do not need to say "self-conscious of myself". Just "self-conscious"

Self-conscious means

1. Conscious of one's acts or state as belonging to, or originating in, one's self.
2. Conscious of one's self as an object of the observation of others; as, the speaker was too self-conscious.

It's an awareness of one's own person, so the answer is no. You can't be self-conscious of anyone else.

Well if ur self-concious of urself than ur obviously self-concious of everyone else, so I think they're both the same.

Ur either one.
