Make mashed potaotes, either instant or home cooked, crumble the bacon on top. Make a green bean salad with italian dressing, red, white or brown onion, cucumber & crumble the bacon in. Slice up tomatoes & lay the bacon on top, serving on large lettuce leaves (you can roll these leaves & secure with a toothpick or two).

you can use it to cook a pot of peas or beans. the bacon adds a good flavor. or, you can wrap 1/2 slice bacon around cream cheese stuffed jalapenos. it's great! cut the peppers in half longwise, fill them with cream cheese, wrap them with the bacon, and bake for 30 minutes @400 degrees. yum

Fry the bacon, not too crisp, then add chopped onion. Then a can of chopped tomatoes and a small can of tomato soup and water (fill each can with water - use your judgment) Bring to boiling. Then add elbow macaroni and put a lid on to cook till done. Delicious!!

Yeah, throw it in with some potatoes and cheese. Yum!
You can put it in with green beans, too.
It's always good to have a little on hand cooked though, for a last minute salad topper or a BLT etc.
Toss in in some soup or an omlett in the morning.

Save it for tomorrow's breakfast! Even if you cook it halfway and microwave it the rest of the way in the morning, everyone loves bacon for breakfast.

Cook it up and crumble it for tops of casseroles, salads, soups, etc.
Cook it up and have BLT's tomorrow. Bacon, lettuce, tomato sandwiches.
Keep it for the next bacon & eggs breakfast.'
