His name is Christopher Scott Lowe. He resided in Ind. IN and have heard he is now in Ohio somewhere. If anyone knows him, please let me know. His mother's name is Jamie and has other brothers Tim and Jeremy. His nickname is Scotty. We lost touch about 10 years ago. This is kinda far fetched but I thought I'd give it a try. Thanks guys!

He is about 18 now I think. 16 at the youngest. Never really got to know him.
