You are very sweet; you must really care about him.
There are a couple of possibilities, IMHO.
1) Does he think his lovemaking skills are deficient? You can handle this by telling him he is good. You've already done that privately. Next time tell him in front of someone you are both comfortable with. You could say something like "We have to go now. Tom rocks my socks off and I can't wait any longer." Another possiblity is to give him a reward. After making love, say "That's was great. Tomorrow morning, I'm going to s--k you dry." Don't forget to do it.
2) Perhaps he does not think he is desirable. He may think his techniques are OK, but may not understand that you get horny for him. Tell that sometimes you think about him when he's not around and it makes you wet.
And, you can tell a man that you love him, that you are proud of him, that you're glad you're his woman, and that you're glad he's your man at any time of the day or night and it will work wonders.

I was in a situation like this and there was nothing that I could do at all to convince him, I agree with eskimo. I tried all the different things that people suggested but the bottom line is I think there were insecurity issues within him. This eventually took a toll on the relationship amongst some other things and we eventually wound up breaking up, I got just plain sick and annoyed of constatly having to reassure him.( when infact that was the only thing that didnt' need fixing. This is not much advise but just an experience to share, good luck.

Why does he think he is not good? Maybe you had complains before, or maybe you are not a frequent sex person so he thinks that you dont care about sex cause hes not good enough to motivate you.
You must show that u want to do it with him, just dont be so obvious, and yes, you must not only enjoy but also show that you re enjoying it

If he already thinks he isn't good enough, nothing you do will convince him. If you scream like a porn star, he'll think you're faking. If you don't, he'll think it's because he's not good. Why doesn't he think he's good enough, anyway?

It's all in his brain. Tell him how you feel. If he is not satisfied with your words, forget about it. It all comes down to his self-esteem and confidence.
