Lie on your back. Raise your feet about 3 inches off the ground for as long as possible, increase the time each day if you can. When it hurts its working. Keep your arms by your side.

All round exercise with the slant on the tummy hence the sit ups have a little circular programme where you do say 2 min sit ups 2
Min's arms 2 Min's legs etc then do so many reps (repeats) and gradually increase the amount you do until you are on EG 60 sit ups X 3 and so on also be careful of foods which go straight to the tummy beer being the prime example also try to keep to a low fat diet but BEWARE low fat does not mean low sugar read the label and look at the 100 grammes rate for the percentage
especially of sugar eg cornflakes will say low fat but have up to 30% sugar Good luck

YES! I can defo help. I had the same problem a few months ago before. I was going on holidays and although I'm a size ten, I had a bit of a belly on me!.
The best thing to do is get yourself the charlie brooks DVD. Honestly it works. I wouldn't bother with the whole thing (I didn't) if its just your stomach just do the Pilate's section. It only takes about 15 Min's a day and I can honestly say within about a week i could notice the difference, within 2 weeks it was really toned and flat and my waist looked smaller too! The thing is it gets much easier the more you do it, and its actually quite therapeutic also!

If you're slim everywhere else and have a belly still, it may be partially genetic; I once (long, long ago!) weighed 105 lbs at 5'6", was accused by my father of being an anorexic, and I STILL had this tiny little belly that stuck out despite the sharp hipbones on either side. I noticed by looking at my mother that she had the same belly, even when everything else was relatively slim. To minimize the effect of it, however, I suggest crunches in abundance, lower abdominal tightening exercises (leg lifts if your back is up to it) and also practice straightening your back by tightening your abdominal muscles as you stand and walk. Sometimes a protruding abdomen is a sign of bad posture, and if you allow your back to be slack, your stomach will stick out and eventually your back will hurt all the time. By holding your stomach in, you automatically improve your posture and that alone can make you look like you have less of a stomach. I hope this helps! Cheers!

Stomach crunches. Lay on your back hold arms straight ahead of you, knees up feet flat on floor and pull your tummy in lift your head and shoulders of the floor but only so your shoulders are just of the floor hold for 5 seconds and slowly go back onto the floor. This work just the same as sit ups but they aren't as bad for your back, they give the same results as sit ups but as you are holding in the tight position for 5 seconds you don't need to do 100 a day. 20 will do. My personal trainer told me that after a injury at work so was unable to do hard keep fit as by back was damaged. Good luck, Will only take you a week or so to notice a great difference.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Okay. Cut out eating in between meals. Only eat healthy food and cut down on Carb’s like bread, potatoes, pasta's, rice etc. Don’t add salt to your meals. Then walk an hour every morning two hours after a meal and the same in the afternoon. If you can jog in between both sessions you'll burn even more calories. You should lose and continue to lose more weight as you go. If you can cut out your lunch meal and replace it with a protein drink instead that would also help. (Available from supermarkets). As long as you can stay off junk food and eating in between meals.

Bicycle rides, take short trips to begin with at regular intervals during the week and cycle further when you feel confident enough.

Good Luck

Instead of sitting and reading through, listen to books on tape because you walk, clean, or garden.
