It all depends on how much time the child spends with each parent and how much each parent earns monthly. The parent with physical custody will receive a percentage of the other parents income. No matter how much you get, it's never enough. You can't put a price on a 24/7 Nanny, Doctor, Nurse, Cook, Nutitionist, Counselor, Housekeeper, Driver, Personal Assistant. Whatever you do, try your hardest to get what your child deserves. Be sure your child spends quality time with the non-custodial parent. Not just Disneyland time.

At least the amount of Day Care. But, since a 7-year-old is not in Day Care all day.... I would say between 600-1200 depending on income.

My sister was 13 and my mom was getting $1000 for her each month plus any extra additives that she did they would split. My cousin gets almost $1500 for her daughter and shes 5. Depends on the percentage and the judge and your daughter's father 's work history. Unless you can work out something with her father and come uop with an agreed terms. If hes not a deadbeat dad that is!Good luck to you 1

It does not matter what we think - It matters what the courts mandate. Most states it is the law that a certain percentage of a parents pay is the amount of child support owed.
