last year my math teacher told me that i got good enough grades to get into algebra, but that i might end up getting C's because im not great at math....so she gave me the option of either class. my mom really wanted me to go to algebra so thats what i told my teacher, but im not comfortable with getting C's in class and I got a B+last year but it wasnt easy. i've told my mom and she thinks that i'll be fine if i get a tutor but i dont know....what class should i take?

Do it, take Algebra. You should dive into your math with both feet. Math is the universal language - want to understand things? Want a good job? Learn how to learn, get help if you need it. All of it can be understood by you!

I think if you study hard, you can do very well in Algebra. I recommend you get 2 books, Algebra I for Dummies, and Algebra II for Dummies, both written by Mary Jane Sterling. You will have NO problem passing Algebra. Goodluck!
