msm: methylsulphonylmethane. I thought this was used for brittle bones or oesteoarthritis. Oh well, I never knew its links with the Menopause.

I heard something called dong quai is good for the menopause to.

I went on the Holland and barrett website (if you are in england)

The above is a quote from a web site. For me it says it all. Whatever problem you have, it can be solved by changing to a healthy diet.

The healthiest diet, which removes pretty well all medical roblems, is mainly fruit (50% of the intake), vegetables, preferably green ;leaved vegatables, nuts and seeds.

Cut out all chemical and unnatural foods, avoid preserved, frozen and canned poods, avoid MSG and aspartame.

Sounds difficult, and at first it is. But when you get your head round the fact that 'if you consume something poisonous or unhealthy than your health will be affected', then it seems to be much easier to avoid consuming the rubbish. Once you are consuming truly natural nutritous food, then you find that you don't need so much food, and all weight problems disappear, your general health improves ,and full energy levels return. Suddenly you can't understand why so many people spend so much time and money poisoning themselves..
