when do you find out where they are going to station you

When a person gets a final job offer from the Border Patrol, they are given a list of stations that have openings (or more specifically, need for more manpower). They have to choose from one of the stations listed. One will know where they will be stationed before one attends Border Patrol training.

Best guess would be along either the northern border with Canada or a bit further south just along the US/Mexico border...duh.

Normally about 3/4 of the way though your training.
