Why should they have to meet your ex? That relationship is over, unless you have children, & that man shouldn't have to have anything to do with your new man. They don't want to meet the guy who was doing you before they did because it's a competition thing. Do you want to see the other women they were doing? If they are better looking than you, or built better, or richer, or more intelligent, etc - then you are going to develop a complex & it will ruin your current relationship because you're going to spend all that time wondering if you measure up or how you compare or are they comparing you? Guys don't want to do that, either. Was he better than me, bigger than me, did he make her happier, spend more money - etc. Leave your past just that - in the past. Enjoy your new guy & don't force them to meet.
Respect your new man & forget the old one.

Why don't they want to meet your ex? Well it's only natural for a new guy to not want to meet a ex of yours. Would you want to meet your guys ex? The past is the past and it's over. I know my new guy doesnt care with meeting my ex because of the fact my ex left me and my 3 year old son because he was imature and wanted to play around. So my new guy knows what a jerk he is for leaving me and doesn't have respect for him at all. But some guys are jealous and maybe think you'll get back with your ex or something.

Why would they want to meet your ex? And why should they? It would be awkward and unwelcoming for both people. Unless you have kids with the ex and you are marrying the guy there should be no reason they would have to meet him and even then its possible that they shouldn't have to depending how involved he is with the kids, how serious you guys are, etc. It sounds like drama.
