There is no set age. I my self got groin hair at around 10. I still have rather light beard at 21.

I have seen it developing on the earlopes of men into their late 80's.
If you are of certain ethnic background, women also can grow fantastic mustaches at all ages.
Ear and nose hair growth for men usually gets out of control during their 50's.

it all depends on the individuals age and hormonal level. I have seen cases where both girls and boys have started puberty as early as age 7. the medical term for it is precosius puberty or early puberty

it depend on alot of things first ask you father when he hit puberty and then compare them to what you have had already (wet dreams erections ect...)
