I'm engaged to be married and we have sex........it is great there is nothing wrong with having sex it is not a sin.....if you to love each other and are willing to take responsibility for having sex then it is not a sin now if you don't love him and there is no bond then the best thing is to wait....

Yes. Engagements don't always have an end result of marriage. Things happen. You should definitly wait. There's an actual reason why women were made to bleed; it's not just because there's a tearing of the hymen. God made us that way so that we would enter into a "blood covenant" w/ one's husband, further blessing one's marriage. You can do whatever you like, ofcourse, but I firmly believe we should learn from other's mistakes to prevent making that same mistake ourself. I made a mistake, LEARN from me. My husband was a virgin when we got together, I was not and I think we would have a much better relationship if I had been.

It's a great feeling to be pure like a virgin until marriage. As per the old established and morally accepted social rules, man and woman both need to be pure till marriage---but this thing is in shortage in this modern age---too many temptations.
But I guess blame on hormones, people can not control. And if that is the reason. you can do at any age. Why ask. Should not have any guilt. Come on !!!

I don't think that it's a great way to start a marriage. That should be something that is looked forward to on a wedding night (believe me it would be far more exciting and special) but a sin.. I think as long as you are in a long term loving relationship you are already married...Jim

Modern day societies do not consider that a sin. Even having sex as consenting adults who are both not married are not considered sin.

I pray you will not compromise your moral standards. God will honor you for keeping yourself sexually pure, and some day when He leads you to the man He has chosen for your husband, you will be thankful you maintained those standards.
Listen: If your boyfriend truly loved you, he would respect you for your commitment to moral purity, and would not be putting this pressure on you. You see, he has tried to make sex the test of your love for him—but that is the wrong point. The real question you should be asking yourself is this: What should be the test of his love for me? It should be his respect for you, and his appreciation for your moral convictions.
Don't let your fear that you may lose him make you do something you'll only regret. After all, if he is so interested in having sex with you, do you really want to spend the rest of your life with him? The argument he is using is almost as old as the human race—and to be blunt, it's motivated by selfishness, not love.
Instead, trust God for your future. Put your life in Christ's hands, and then ask Him to guide you in this very important area of your life. Let your prayer be that of the Psalmist: "Teach me to do your will, for you are my God; may your good Spirit lead me" (Psalm 143:10).

If you believe the Bible then yes, it most definitely is. We are told to keep our bodies in check and to avoid all sexual immorality. Before priests and pastors and people who go their instant "marry-people" degrees online, marriage was constitued at the moment of sex. Therefore by having sex, you are considered married.

Yes, it is a sin. And it is also wrong to call the guy you're living with your "fiance" when you have no intention of marrying.
