There are often at least two speed violations that can relate that kind of event. One is driving over the state maximum speed limit (I don't know what it is in Texas) and that will have nothing to do whether one could argue with it was safe or not, and the other is the basic speed law - driving at an unsafe speed. You can be tagged for both. And one would be very close to a reckless driving, if just one more hazardous element could be articulated by the police, like an unsafe lane change, or tailgaiting, or near collision, etc.

You should go to court with a look of being humble.

probably be the 30-34 mph over ticket. Maybe reckless endangerment if the cop is feeling mean. You're only in really bad waters if you double the speed limit...driving with the intent to kill!

This ticket as you describe it would be a "SPEEDING TICKET" I think this would be universal among all states. wow some of these questions are way easy!
once again, out helping my fellow man!

Probably more than $200 dollars. You messed up. Was it really that worth it?

Only a ticket if they can catch you.
