When I dropped the vehicle off to Monro Muffler, they were to do an oil change and a fix the brakes. When we went to pick up the car, it was found to be in an accident. They appearantly took my car on a test drive to check that they fixed the brakes correctly when they (Monro Muffler) were in a driving accident. We just dropped the car off in perfect condition, and found it totalled upon picking it up.

They are liable for your vehicle. You can make a claim against their garage keepers policy or just sue them in small claims court

Does the accident have anything to do with the servicing, or are they two unrelated incidents? Not sure what legal actions you are talking about.
If your car was totalled in a car accident, you should have a claim against the other driver, unless it was a one car accident.
If there was something wrong with the car servicing, you can go through their complaint resolution process. Unless you are blaming them for totalling the car, which moves things over into a criminal court proceeding.
Sorry, without more specific information it's hard to help you.

Your question's a bit vague, because you haven't said what you had serviced, what happened, or how you think that Monro Muffler was responsible... but as far as I can tell from what you've said, you have no legal recourse against them unless you can prove that their service work (or lack of service work) was the direct cause of the accident. If you think this is the case, I'd suggest consulting a lawyer.

Hope this helped.

As for suing monro muffler? none. Apparently it was your fault you got into the accident. dont try to pass this off as someone else's mistake.

Whatever chance you have to sue the other driver depends on the accident and on your (and her) insurance.

You're not thinking of suing Monro, are you? What the heck did they have to do with the accident??

The damage should be insured by the company that caused it.

Get with their corporate office and get resolution.

If you caused the accident, you may have no recourse. Hope you are insured.
