Back in January of this year I had carpet installed with a leading home improvement store in our area. I have had nothing but problems with the install of the carpet. After 7 or 8 times the carpet does look better but is still not correct.
If anyone has had a problem with a home improvement store please email to me as I would like to hear your problem and what you are doing to correct the install with your carpet?
These people do not care I can tell you with all sincerely do not use a home improvement store to do the install for you.
You can buy the carpet from them but not use their installers.

I had not yet moved into my home and I was having my whole home carpeted. I let the installer use the lock box key to access my home.
*He nosed throgh my closets and found some paperwork and asked me quations about my home that he would only know if he was reading those documents.
*He used my phone to try and apply to get a loan of some sort.
*He seemed to be putting seams in strange places, come to find out he was trying to save a large piece of carpet to do a room in his own home.
*The final straw...I show up to my home and He had his woman and his kid trapezing in and out of my home thru mud puddles with their shoes on my brand new carpet. Whan I told him that it was unacceptable-he walked off the job.
*Someone else came to finish the job but I had to have my hallway restreatched 3 times afterwards.

THE COMPANY ONLY GAVE ME $50 AS COMPENSATION FOR ALL OF MY PROBLEMS. I am not a picky person but I did not expect such poor service.

If you would like to contact me and describe the problem, I may be able to help.
