I train in my head all day long. I'm always thinking of new combinations that I try at night in class. I dream my kata's. I'm on here trying to help out my fellow martial artists.

I have an awful cold and constricted throat, can barely talk, got roughly 2 hours of sleep last night, and just came on here to kill time. And besides, I don't think my instructor would appreciate it if I spread my germs to the rest of the class.

because if you don't take time to allow your muscles to heal you will not see any progression for a long time and get ill easier. If you do not take a break you become weak and allow yourself to become open. takign abreak from training is an essential part of trianing... hhha essentially.

I don't do martial arts. Too many other hobbies to spend my spare time on that I enjoy more.
