Lost M has it right - it's a release. A lot of women also get post-orgasmic headaches as well; blood pressure fluctuates & peaks & causes the headache. You should speak about it with your partner if she's crying during sex; stop (if you can) & ask what's wrong, what can you do, etc. That would be a good thing to do!
