I would recommend the Atkins Diet for short term use to lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks. It worked for me. Just follow these rules:
- No sugar, sweet & low and equal is OK
- Drink Diet soda or water
- No bread, pasta, rice, chips, milk, cereal: NO CARBS
- Eggs, bacon, cheese, and all meats (no skin) are good to eat
- Bun-less burgers are OK
- Lots of veggies & salads
- No Fruit or fruit juice
I think you get the point. High protien and No carbohydrates is what the Atkins diet is all about. It works fast, but it is only for short term use. After that, you can be on the South Beach Diet to mainitan your weight, which is similiar, but allows for more carbs and fiber. I hope this works for you. It worked for me.

Breakfast - 2 eggs & fruit Lunch - soup & crackers or tuna salad & entire wheat crackers Dinner - 5 oz..meat, a million cup carbs & vegetables consume 2 addional snacks alongside with fruit or yogurt. Xercize 3X each and every week (whether a minimum of a 30 min brisk walk - something!) Weigh your self Monday & Friday :)

I dont know if you will loose ten puonds but just eat alot of fruit and take walks every day. And also drink alot of water!

Eat healthy foods, breakgfast, lunch and dinner. Do sit-ups, jog, and excercise and be physically active
