Spaggetti, buy the jar of sauce, add some meat and italian seasoning and pour over the noodles, make sure to add extra sauce because the noodles will soak it up
Enchilada's or burrito's, buy the wraps, fill with beef seasoned with taco seasoning and cheese, for enchilada's pour the sauce over the top
Sloppy Joe's Send him with a container of the beef seasoned with Manwich sauce and the buns wrapped in a seperate bag.
Make him some giant ham and swiss sandwiches. Put them on large onion rolls, add some chopped onion, banana peppers and mustard. They are great when heated up.
Pan fry some green pepper and onion with a little oil with some Brats or Italian sausage. Put them in a container and send him off with some sub buns wrapped seperately.
All super quick and easy and inexpensive recipes for a man with a big appetite.

Homemade soup, and bread. You can get already made buns at the store fresh from the bakery, you don't have to go all out with the soup either get a soup starter in the soup isle and have at it. They have all kinds of soup starters that are good. Also some ideas-Shepard's Pie,Spaghetti,Hamburger gravy-like S.o.S but better am willing to email u the recipe if u want too. Enchiladas, lasagna. go to allrecipes.com and find more too.

Goulash is hearty and it makes a LOT! Fry up 1 lb. of ground beef and 1 lb. of italian sausage along with 1 med. chopped onion and 1 green pepper until the meat is fully cooked and the veggies are tender. Drain and add spaghetti sauce and 12 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms...cook unti mushrooms are tender.
In the meantime, boil up 12 oz. elbow macaroni (as per directions on box). Add to meat sauce, stir and serve. Very good!

Do you own a crock pot? You can make simple recipes that taste really good! All you will have to do is put your main item in, whether meat, chicken, etc. and add the seasonings or vegetables and mix it together and let it cook all day long! That makes life easy for you and it makes plenty for him!

Lasagne or Spag Bol are always good to prepare in advance. Or curry or a casserole or stew.
