What's inside "NAKED JUICE" that claims that there is 100% juice only?

I bought a bottle of "Naked carrot Juice" and when I opened, the juice had turned into a "snot" like orange disgusting substance. It was like a jelly that went wrong or a melted silicone. Why's that? Is there anything else in the juice that we don't know?
