Im about 5'4-5'5 15 years old and i weight 129 im not fat or anything i just wanna get abs i have like baby phat and i dont want it plz help !

do a lot of sit ups, also you can lay down on the floor and lift your legs up as high as you can slowly without using your arms and then lower them almost to the ground, but not quite. you could also try typing ab toning exercises in google and see what comes up. good luck. I had to do the same thing when i started dancing....it really helped.

any way that helps u
#2 stop eating junk food it gives u caveties and makes u fat now im not calling u fat im just saying that u need to get out more and if u have a tredmill run on it if u keep u sativsid while u run like music use it.It keeps entertaind.
p.s dont call your self fat and dont let anyone get to u its just words.

Try taking up pilates or yoga. They help tone your muscles, so you look leaner.

However, you're only 15 and baby fat is just that. Baby fat. You'll lose it eventually, so don't stress about it too much.

Drink water with every meal and stick to a strict abs routine...you will begin to melt away those jiggles in no time...STAY AWAY FROM SUGARS too!!

jusat do sit ups every night before u go to sleep. sont go on a diet just add more physical activity
