Actually this is very easy if you are willing to shell out a couple of bucks. This has been tested by me and I have lost 30 pounds by this diet.
You only have to eat Special K for breakfast and lunch and then eat a sensible dinner. I eat my Special K with vanilla soy milk but you can use regular low fat milk. The diet is astonishing and they have three great flavors. It is called the special K challenge.

If your BMI is only 23 you are probably not fat. There is no sensible way to lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks unless you are over 200 lbs. You could probably lose 5-7 on Atkins or if you do the Hollywood Diet you might come close. But you would be better off continuing to do it the right way. Go by the way you look & how your clothes fit instead of by your actual "weight". :0)

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

this is what i did.. i'm not exactly sure how much weight i actually lost in 2 weeks but i did lose some to see a difference.
drink nothing but water all day. eat as many fruits and veggies as you want. eat one piece of bread a day... about an hour before you work out. and then go run, you can run a mile or whatever but you have to work out. you also have to have some kind of dairy products in there i ate a lot of cheese (not too much though) it makes you feel full, bananas do a good job too. and limit one serving of meat a day (about the size of the palm of your hand) and dont eat anything up to 3 hrs before you go to bed.

Muscle burns fat... Ergo, the more lean muscle mass you add, the faster you'll slim down.
Speedy weight loss might help you fit into that sexy dress NOW, but they also put you at risk for gaining that weight right back and more! Not advisable, IMHO...
It is typically unhealthy to drop more than 2 pounds per week, so do the "slow but steady" thing, and you'll be more likely to lose it and KEEP IT OFF! ;-)

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

General health recommendations is to lose 1-2 lbs per week, so 10 lbs in two weeks is not only difficult, it's extremely unhealthy. If you take your time and do it right you also will have more success keeping the weight off.

Eat Subway and drink water only and walk. It sorta depends on your metabolism too. I have high metabolism , so that worked for me. Subway actually helps lose weight. Don't get chips though, or pop. Just drink water with everything. You may get sick of it, but it'll make you lose weight. I did.

Eat fruits, grapes mostly and green apples eat with it's skin do NOT peal it, Salad, Tuna, rice, eat not too much, don't be like oh one more spoon, stop eating when you know you're still hungry, running helps a lot trust me because you sweat a lot and all that grease in your body comes out.....
I know it's difficult but if you put you're best on it, you'll be able to achive it........
