No.Hezbollah uses the Palestinians to serve its greater purpose of promoting terror.You ask people who have lived there.They did things like force the public who were trying to escape back into their apartment buildings and homes so they can hole up in a densely populated area surrounded by innocent families to shield themselves while they launch their own attacks.Can,t really be compared , especially because Hezbollah started this war and brought death and destruction to its own people in both countries.

Do you really think that mass extermination of civilians is the best form of disaster relief? From what I see Hezbollah is a group the just loves to kill people and it doesn't matter to them who it is that they are killing.
