I'm going saute some cauliflower, broccoli, baby carrots and onions together with some butter, olive oil and garlic for dinner for my sister and I tonight. With that, I am going to make chicken legs. Just curious as to how you like to cook your legs best!

This may sound weird, but it tastes yummy. Using a brush, lightly coat chicken legs with Kraft Mayonnaise, then roll in seasoned bread crumbs, place on a foil lined baking sheet, and bake in the oven at about 425 for 30 minutes or until cooked through....They turn out crispy and tasty

I'm (unfortunately) notorious for "adding to taste". I hate recipes and find them stuffy and boring. I make a very simple and fool proof barbecue sauce. And if I use the ingredients within reason and using common sense it always comes out just fine.

Ketchup
brown sugar
tomato sauce (about a 1/4 cup)
chopped onion
a lot of black pepper
garlic powder
chili powder

I combine everything in a saucepan and simmer until the onions are a little tender. I add a little water or beef broth if it seems to thick....remember, this is going to cook in the oven some more with the chicken. I put my chicken legs in a baking dish and pour over my sauce...and you know how to do the rest. Try it, its not bad.

Roast them. Use some olive oil and some seasoning toss the legs and roast them in a hot oven. With what you are making, you can make a colorful serving platter arrangement.

i could say google fowl and cactus. Im a exceedingly reliable cook dinner myself so i could say some effective spices for the fowl(an perhaps somewhat bbq sauce. additionally as for the cactus try cooking it with the fowl on the bbq(yet save temp low whilst cookin cactus) then throw some sea salt/greater virgen oil on it. yet like i mentioned google it first(i in elementary terms cook dinner for me lol im no professional)
