Which is better? being bulk like with big muscles and weighing more, Or being somewhat skinny but you are cut and have ripped muscles (like bruce lee)

By better, do you mean physically healthy or just better looking to other people.

All strength and no agility/stamina doesn't do you any good in real life.

As far as health is concerned, you want to do cardio work out to keep your heart healthy.

At the same time, cardio does not really give you strength. You want strength and agility to deal with everyday situations like lifting or catching something before it falls on the ground.

I suggest playing a sport (swimming or basketball, not just shooting around or waiding in a pool) where you can develop your muscles at the gym while working on your hand eye coordination and your speed. It works your heart well too.

Which do you want, that's the question. Bulking up takes alot of time in the gym, much more than the other.

intense protein/ complicated carbs/low sodium. whilst i decide directly to get lean i consume lean steak or fowl and 0.5 a candy potato approximately 8 situations an afternoon. almost all my nutrition. after a pair of days i will handle myself to a pair vegetables fairly of the potato. Boil your fowl two times changing the water to distilled on the 2d boil. This helps get an excellent sort of the sodium out.
