i mean it looks like all id have to do is replace the grill,hood,headlights,and fillers. but like i said...."it looks" like it will all
just bolt on....does any one no for sure? please help

This is a question for a Toyota Dealer Body Shop. My first reaction is no, because of the design changes to the frame during thos 5-6 years.

Measure the width between the fender bolts see! they are different trucks different width you can only make your 1998 look like heck if you even try. No they wont fit.

i do not believe it will fit as they are diffrent body styles.
