you should not use it for burns it will prevent it from healing because it will eat the scabs that help it to heal it will keep it very soft and wont allow the skin to grow over and heal you should use a burn cream not spray cover the burn with the cream and rap it in a bandage change the bandage and add cream every two days and you will see it healing good within a week use the white cotton bandage so air can get through

Its not the best but as long as its a low concentration it should be fine. It will remove dead tissue and kill bacteria that could infect the burn. Rubbing alcohol would be a much better topical treatment for burns. Although I should say that if its a second or third degree burn you need to see a doctor as fast as you can.

I don't see how it would prevent it from healing..The whole point of Hydrogen Peroxide is to prevent infections.

Yes its true, it burns The edges of the wound. and hinders the wound from healing. You should see a doctor, they can best help you.

well I know it will burn very bad.....I think you are ok in using the peroxide but ask your doctor or a pharmist to be sure

This is true. silvadine or neosporin are better choices for burns.
